The Floridean Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 90 bed facility located in Miami , Florida. Our office provided serveral architectural/engineering services to renovate existing and add a 30 bed addition and a Modernization Program according to the AHCA protocols, reviews, and inspections.

-1999- Dietary Department and Expansion and New 1,000 S.F. Dining Room

-2006- New 12,000 S.F. 30 Bed Nursing Wing Addition

-2011- Physical Therapy Renovation and Balcony Enclosure

-2014- Remodel Floor Systems for original 1925 Nursing Wing
